The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end built-in appliances, featuring an island counter complete with hobs and a built-in extractor for a stylish and functional culinary space. Additionally, there is a WC situated here for added convenience. Also, two of the bedrooms are location on the ground floor. The last bedroom offers two comfortable single beds (0.90 x 2.00), a cozy lounge chair with an ottoman, an en-suite bathroom featuring both a bathtub and shower cabin, and access to the grass-covered terrace, as well as access to a private seating area.
